Mcmillan manufactures over 10,000,000 electric motors (for all types of uses) a year for North American Clients since 1976. The fan body casings heavy duty steel constructed housings are manufactured in San Palo, Brazil at Gerbar Limited and the solid mahogany wood blades are Ecologically Harvested in Rondonia, Brazil. All of these parts along with the motors are shipped to the Matthews Fan Company factory where each ceiling fan model is assembled by hand.

The two companies developed a canopy that can be installed on some Matthews Fans.
