    The product arrived on time. Everything was in working order, all parts where included. Before ordering I did call Del Mar designs to make sure what I was ordering will work for the rooms I was installing the fans. Del Mar designs was very helpful and guide me to insure I had the right sizes and all the items need it for the install. I did not install the fans I hire somebody to do it. He had some technical difficulties we called and we were quickly transfer to Casablanca help desk their staff were so cordial and knowledgeable.The gentelman that took care of us walk us thru the steps and everything started working. Great customer service and follow up. So happy with my fans.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
