Period Arts Fans have a good pedigree
Ron Rezek draws inspiration from a variety of sources. He uses this inspiration to create unique specialty fans. They channel the ideas of Dirk Van Erp (through the Arcadia and Bodega fans), Frank Lloyd Wright (through the Prairie Fan), Benjamin Henry Latrobe (through the Flute fan), Henry van de Velde, and Victor Horta (through the Eclipse fan). Ron Rezek combines their ideas with his own background as a lighting designer: an M.F.A. from UCLA, his time with mentors such as Henry Dreyfuss and Don Chadwick, and his experience running lighting showrooms. He continues to look to great European and American design movements to create original interpretations on what ceiling fans should look like.
