        I use this fan in a 10 x 12 kitchen with a low ceiling. The fan circulates the air very well. It wobbled a bit, but I had a friend install gaskets to prevent it (he thought the cause was my ceiling, not the fan). The 3 60W bulbs light the area very well. Height, including the light kit is perfect. BTW the 1st light kit I ordered was defective. No problem, Del Mar shipped out a new one and I had it within 2 days of my call!

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            Bought 3 of these fans. all fans are working well. They are installed in bedrooms approximately 12ft x 12ft. Takes 30 mins to install.
