Bought these for the QUIET factor and the ceiling hugger (old house-low ceilings!)-my old ones wobbled and were LOUD and 25 years old! Got these 3 and one smaller one and they are quiet and easy to install. One came with a bad wall switch and we called and were sent the replacement in just 2 days! After 3 months I cannot say enough about these fans!

I installed this fan in a home theatre with only 8 foot ceiling, in direct line of of the ceiling mounted projector. The low profile allows it to stay clear of the projection, and there is no noise to interfere with the entertainment sound. I couldn't have picked a better fan for this purpose. It's a pretty good size room as well but we never use the 3rd speed setting - it moves that much air!
