The Stratos ceiling fan was designed in 1986 and was the first truly modern ceiling fan. Stratos fans have an architectural design and include Ron Rezek's patented, single-piece, die-cast rotor, which continues to be the signature feature of nearly all Modern Fan Company’s designs.
