I love this fan. The two problems I have with it, may be different for you. It wobbles on the second speed only -- not the top speed -- and this may be an installation problem. I need to look at it and see if something should have been tightened. It is installed 12 feet over my head and I don't have the right ladder at the moment. This is also why it is difficult to clean. Any fan light that has a basin shape will collect bugs and dust. You will have to clean it occasionally, so don't put it high up if you are afraid of heights!

Works well. DelMar immediately replaced the first fan that arrived and did not work. They are a reputable company.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
