Comments about Monte Carlo 5TV52RBD, Traverse Roman Bronze Flush Mount 52" Ceiling Fan with Light:
This fan is much more attractive out of the box than shown in the picture. The glass for the light is a lovely golden color and the fan itself is extremely well made. Would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that the decorative ring is quite tight and hard to maneuver. Once it's up against the ceiling, it's up, and I don't know how we would get it off to disassemble if necessary...but we're not planning on it, so good to go! It's super quiet and very easy to assemble as well as being something other than the old fashioned looking fans. Love the pull chains too - wanted something simple and elegant and this fit the bill perfectly!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Nicer than the picture!
By Dee Dee

The fan is very attractive and works well. We were surprised at the nice color of the globe. The tinting really makes a difference. So many stark white globes on the market. Nice to have a fan for this reasonable cost that you don't see at every home improvement store.
Beautiful Fan-Light not so bright...

Beautiful looking, get lots of compliments on the fan. But, it was extremely heavy to install, and the bulb was NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH, then the bulb burned out altogether and we have not been able to find a replacement bulb. Will have to find a professional lighting store. No bulbs found at "home improvement stores". So we have no kitchen ceiling light now. Extremely annoying!
