Defective or Damaged Product
If you received a defective or damaged product, (including Hunter ceiling fans) follow the below steps:
Call (800)-724-5501 and press 2 for Customer Service or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your damaged product replacement request.
For Continental US orders, we will issue you a Pre-Paid Fed Ex Email Return Label to ship the damaged product back to us. For International Orders, please call or email for further instructions.
Please include a filled out RGA_Form.pdf with any product you are sending back to us.
- We will ship a new replacement product to the same ship to address we sent the first one 2nd Day Air.
Return an Unwanted Product
If you received a product and you decide you do not want it, follow the below steps:
Call 1 (800)-724-5501 and press 2 for Customer Service or email email@example.com with your return request.
Or simply fill out the RGA_Form.pdf and include it with the product you are shipping back (at your expense) to the below address.
NOTE – We are not responsible for lost returns if a tracking number is not provided (this includes all Emerson fans).

A credit will only be issued to the product invoiced less shipping cost. The product must not have been installed and it must be in the original packaging with all parts intact.
Credit (less shipping cost) to the credit card used will be issued within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of returned product.
Please Note - After 90 Days there will be no refund or exchange.

If a product purchased from Del Mar Designs was installed and has a factory defect, Del Mar Designs will replace the product at no charge to the customer. Although, Del Mar Designs will not cover any original or additional installation charges.

We offer Free Shipping for most orders over $75 to anywhere in the 48 Continental United States. All orders under $75 are charged a $4.79 shipping fee.

Upgraded shipping, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air is offered through Fed-Ex for an additional charge. Call (800) 724-5501 or email email@example.com for an upgraded shipping quote. Any order with upgraded shipping received before 9:30AM, ships the same day!
DROP SHIP STOCK products will ship out directly from the manufacturer within the ship time specified on the product page.
STOCK HERE products will ship from our distribution center the same business day if ordered before 10am.
IN STOCK AT FACTORY products are ordered from the manufacturer, shipped to and received by our distribution center, then shipped within the ship time specified on the product page.
NOT IN STOCK products are on back order. You can still place an order for these products and we will email you within 2 business days when the back ordered product will ship.
If there is an unforeseen factory back order on the product you ordered, you will be notified within 1 to 2 business days via email or the telephone number we were given with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Large Order Deliveries
When placing a large ceiling fan or online lighting order, it is sometimes necessary to combine all of the products on one or multiple pallets. These pallets are then shrink wrapped, labeled, and delivered directly to the ship-to address specified.
At your request, all products will be "Side Marked" with locations that you specify.
Special pricing is offered on all volume lighting and ceiling fan orders.
On all large palletized orders, we wait until all products have been received on the order before shipment, unless the customer advises us to ship the order in partial shipments. There is no extra charge for partial shipments.
Home & Commercial Deliveries
Deliveries to residential addresses are provided by Fed-Ex Home Delivery. Deliveries to commercial addresses will be delivered by Fed-Ex Ground. Fed-Ex tracking numbers are automatically emailed at 5PM EST on the day your order is shipped. We can ship via UPS upon request.
