I bought one to see IF it would be appropriate for larger rooms. My husband didn't think so, when he saw it in the box. After the contractor installed it , we LOVED it. I bought 3 more for the Family room, master bedroom, and library.

Comments about Westinghouse 7216100, Solana Brushed Nickel 48" Ceiling Fan with Light & Remote Control:

This is a very cool looking fan.....but because it has just two blades, it doesn't move as much air as most fans... but if you use it in a small space as I do, it's okay. You can't reverse the direction, and it actually makes more noise than any of my other fans, so those are considerations. The blades aren't anything special, and I painted them silver for a more chic look, which greatly enhanced it's appearance. Overall, it serves the purpose I need it for, but it's not an exceptional fan at all.
