Del Mar's Reward Points Program is a loyalty initiative that rewards customers with points for qualifying purchases made on DelMarFans.com. Every 100 points can be exchanged for $1 in purchase credits.
Who earns Reward Points?
All customers, including household consumers and businesses with a B2B Elite Partner Account, can earn Reward Points on qualifying purchases.
How much does it cost to join?
The Del Mar Rewards Program is completely free.
How do I enroll in Del Mar's Reward Points Program?
Simply create a Del Mar account and provide basic information such as your name and email address.
What if I already have a Del Mar account?
You're automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program and will start earning points after your next purchase. You can check your available rewards balance by logging into your account.
How can I accumulate points?
Shop on DelMarFans.com and earn 1 point for every qualifying dollar spent. Additional opportunities to earn bonus Reward Points may be offered throughout the year.
How can I view my Reward Points balance?
Log into your Del Mar account to view your Reward Points balance. Available points are also shown during checkout.
How can I use my points?
Log into your account, add products to your cart and apply your accumulated Reward Points as a payment method during checkout.
What happens to redeemed points if I return an item?
Any points used for payment will be returned to your account once Del Mar receives the returned product.
Will my Reward Points expire?
Yes. Reward Points expire 365 days after they are earned.
Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
- Points are earned solely on dollar amounts spent, excluding tax and shipping.
- Points become available for use after the order ships, typically within 5–7 days after shipping.
- No points are earned on the portion of a purchase paid for using Reward Points.
- Points are deducted for returns. If Reward Points were used as payment, the corresponding points will be reinstated.
- Reward Points can be used during checkout toward purchases.
- Reward Points expire after 365 days of non-use from the purchase date.
- Reward Points convert to a dollar amount at 100 points = $1.00.
- Store Credit is separate from Reward Points and does not expire.
